    "Yulian diagnosed a problem with my washing machine which was tripping the electrics. It turned out to to be limescale affecting the heating element. He arrived a day earlier than expected, but kept me informed when he was close by. On initial contact, he was prompt to reply. He was thorough, and checked everything, including whether there were any leaks etc. The heating element was replaced and the washing machine works again. He gave great advice about protecting the machine. The cost was fixed plus any parts costs. Would highly recommend him."

    "I called Easy Repair TEK about an issue with my washing machine. My call was answered straight away. Julian advised me he would be at my house a couple of hours later & was - he saw to the issue quickly and advised me on some measures I could take to protect my appliances from breaking. Really nice guy - sorted the problem quickly and have saved his number for any future appliances issues. Can highly recommend"
