"David was incredibly polite, friendly and responsive over WhatsApp. He came round at short notice and provide a quote in the timescales promised. On the day, his team arrived on time and were completely self-sufficient. They installed a combi boiler and took away the old hot and cold water tanks for us, working cleanly and communicating plans/progress at regular intervals during the day. In the days following the job, there were a few minor issues arising from the system change. They helped to help us diagnose the issues and to fix the most pressing one. Very happy with the customer service provided, would recommend."

"EasyFix made a great first impression as communication with them ahead of the work was clear. They were on time which was great, and were very polite and friendly throughout the day.
