Showed us photos of what needed doing. Also photos of the work in progress and when they had finished .everything they did was explained to us in detail .they are a credit to there trade ."
Trader reply: "Steven as a property in blackburn and had a problem with the pointing missing from his ridge tiles and and a old glass skylight which used to give light to top of stairs but was now loose and rattled etc when windy. We supplied and fixed a tower scaffolding for access. Cleaned all old mortar off slates and ridges and secured ridges using sand and cement. We removed old skylight ,felted the area with a breathable membrane supplied new battens and slates to cover old opening 😀. Another satisfied customer 👍👍👍"

"Ady responded swiftly to my enquiry and provided a quote for works within days. Work was scheduled for completion within 2 weeks of my initial enquiry which was great! Work undertaken was to replace perished ridge tyles, and included the supply of scaffolding and removal of all rubbish. On the day the work was completed without disruption to ourselves or our neighbours, and the work undertaken was completed to a high standard. Communication throughout was excellent! Thanks very much, this was the easiest experience I've ever had with a trades-person! I wish all work could be arranged so easily!"

They were very friendly, polite and professional and made it clear what they were doing at each stage. They found some additional challenges whilst doing the work but worked round this and sought our opinion at every stage. Price was reasonable and would use them again. Identified extra jobs and were happy to work an addition day at our house to do this also."
Trader reply: "Lauren and partner have just purchased a property just out side Colne which just needed a bit of TLC . We supplied a scaffold removed old leaking wooden gutters and loose downspout around the property and replaced in new brown ogee guttering and downspout in brown. There was also issue's with some pointing to stone work and ridges which we rectified. Another satisfied customer. 👍👍"

Ady was the roofer, doing the work for us and he was very professional in his approach. He clearly explained what work was required and why. He also provided us with a quote, which was reasonable and completed the work quickly (Despite a period of bad weather). Ady took appropriate photographs so that we could see the work he had done and from such all appeared to be done to a good standard. Since completion of the job, all seems good after a bout of very heavy rain. The invoice and bank details were provided quickly facilitating quick and effective payment for the work done. Over all I would highly recommend East Lancashire Roofing for roofing work and use them again should the need arise."
Trader reply: "Glyn as a daughter who lives in stubbins rossendale who's property as stone gutters to the front which are leaking. We supplied a scaffolding to front and removed bottom 3 course of slates to expose the stone gutter ..We cleaned the stone gutters and supplied and fixed new 18 inch code 4 lead with a water tight seal to stop any water ingress. We then replaced new eaves guards a breathable membrane and replaced slates. Another satisfied customer👍👍👍"
