"Our Zanussi washing machine was examined and after discussion with Douglas, I decided it would be more viable to purchase a new machine. After constructive advice from Douglas I chose a Bosch Serie 2 as a replacement. Douglas arrived yesterday and took away the old machine and fitted our new one. The whole process was professionally managed from start to finish. Douglas takes pride in his job and I wish him and his company every success."

"Called Doug as my oven wouldn't heat and kept tripping the electrics, he gave me a rough idea of the cost and booked in for the next day, fitted the parts and stuck to his estimated cost. Doug was friendly and efficient, would 100% recommend this company. 10/10 service"

"Fantastic company, was able to diagnose the fault over the phone and gave me a rough cost of repair which was correct. Visited same day as he understood how desperate I was to get the repair completed. Kind and professional engineer, would definitely recommend this company! 10/10 service."
