"This firm replaced the valve in my cold water tank which had been dripping out of the overflow. They gave me an estimate for the work and a time slot which suited me. James kept me informed of his arrival and dealt with the problem efficiently, professionally and excellent value for money. I was so pleased to find a plumber who turned up when they said they would and completed the job so well. I will be using them for any future plumbing jobs. Highly recommend them."

"I really struggle to find good trades, so was pleased to find DW Property Specialists. From my initial call, to the visit and job itself, I found them straightforward, competent and apparently concerned to do a good job in line with their initial cost estimate. Two months later, the two sets of taps fitted are working as intended and were carefully installed. A bit of extra work was required but this was reasonable, necessary and fairly priced. It was actually a pleasure to have them here, when promised, and to have a job done properly - first time. I wish DW Property Specialists well and would recommend them."
