"Absolutely Brilliant !! Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant ! We couldn't use toilets or run any water as the main drain was completely blocked and flowing out of the smaller drains into the garden. We tried but couldn't even get the main drain cover off to clear the blockage. They came out on the same day and there was no call out charge. The man who came out was so nice, polite, friendly and so very helpful ( I wish I had written his name down as I have forgotten it ) He talked us through the problem and what he would be doing to clear the drain. He gave us a fixed price to clear it. Then worked very hard to move a stubborn blockage. He made sure it was properly free flowing before he cleaned up very well and replaced the cover properly. I felt that he was totally trust worthy and so helpful. I would definitely have him back again for any future problems and fully recommend the company, I will be passing on their name."
