"I have had cover with them for my boiler and heating for many years but this was the first time I had a problem. As I have an elderly parent who is 91 and frail living with me and we had a very cold night it was vital to get someone to look find the problem and get the heating back on. Someone came in 1.5 hours and stayed until resolved. A motor was the problem and the engineer had one with him. By the end of the morning it was sorted and it took a lot of investigation to find what was causing the problem. He left with everything checked and working and because I had cover - no big bill to pay."
