    "Not all the boxes are relevant here as what Design Spec do is to ensure that you have something great for other trades to put into practice. James is outstanding and my dealings with him have been both a pleasure and extremely illuminating as to what can or can't be done in certain scenarios. Nothing is too much trouble and you know that time spent to him is an investment to ensure that he and the team can give you the best outcome. Knowing that you'll only get what is the art of the possible combined with the art of great design and practicality and with no hidden extras since it will be to a fixed reasonable fee."
