"We used DesignSpec for a 6-metre kitchen extension and were really impressed with the service. Our project officer, Lauren, was incredible from start to finish and was always responsive, organised, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond, especially with the more technical parts of the project, like liaising with Thames Water and dealing with a third party structural design company that unfortunately wasn’t very good. Her help made a huge difference and kept everything moving smoothly throughout. She also checked in with us regularly when the build began which was very kind. We’re really grateful for all her hard work and would highly recommend DesignSpec, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Lauren looking after your project!"
