"Had some problems with a concealed toilet flush where the cistern was not filling properly and if it did, water kept flowing into the bowl. Other tradespeople who had quoted for the work had said it was a huge job and very difficult and would require taking tiles off etc. Called Des on a neighbour's recommendation and he promptly came to have a look, quickly identified what parts were needed, sourced them and fitted them very efficiently without needing to mess with tiles. Fantastic job. A very friendly and respectful chap too. Would highly recommend."

"I’m so fortunate to have Des looking after my rental property. He responds really quickly to any problems with the heating, plumbing or gas, and with his expert knowledge always sorts the problem out in no time. He has kept my boiler going for years, well past its life expectancy, but this week, when it finally gave out, Des stepped in, ordered a new one and, with the help of his brother Ray, had it fitted within the day - really fantastic service - my tenants were so impressed. To boot Des is a lovely guy, interesting and fun to talk to. 5 star in every category."

"Our boiler wasn’t working properly, he came and fixed it in a very short time. It’s clear that he is highly experienced and skilled at what he does. He took the time to check all the radiators, ensuring everything was working perfectly. He was also incredibly kind and polite throughout. He even took the time to fix and reinstall the thermometer on the wall. I will definitely give him a call again if facing any other issues in the future."
