"Shane completed the job in hand quickly and efficiently and went a step further to solve another problem for which he only charged parts on top of his original quote. I found him to be reliable when arranging his visit, he arrived punctually and was pleasant and polite. I would definitely use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others."

"I have used Shane for my boiler servicing for years. He is a very decent and honest guy and always gives his honest opinion. After moving house he saw major issues with the boiler and pipe work and explained the options. I had no hesitation in going ahead with his recommendations. He completed the work today alongside his colleague Lee and the work is top notch. It’s not just the quality of work but also the professionalism and courtesy that they treat our home with. A lot of care and attention is given which is much appreciated (they even take off their shoes without any prompting!). Highly recommended!"

"After phoning someone else who couldn't come out until next month, I called Shane who came around within the hour, immediately identified the problem, talked us through the solution and fixed it on the spot. Would not hesitate to recommend and have kept his card for any future plumbing work we might need done!"

"Shane arrived on time with a friendly attitude, and found the problem quickly and easily taking time to explain to me what the issue was and quickly fixed it.
