"I needed to find a heating engineer urgently for my elderly mother, who was without heating or hot water. Dean was very helpful in agreeing to visit her later that day, even though he already had a full day’s work ahead of him. He carefully assessed the issue, which turned out to be an unusual loss in gas supply. He contacted Cadent and waited at the property with my mother until their emergency team arrived, despite this making it a very long working day for him. I couldn’t fault the way he responded to a stressful time for me and my mother and highly recommend him."
