Based in Liverpool, DC Damp & Construction Ltd has over 6 years’ experience in damp proofing. We have evolved with changing technology to provide outstanding services to treat wet rot, dry rot and damp in your home or business premises.
We pride ourselves on our efficient, friendly and high-quality services. We take the time to visit each client, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp (e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers). In the case of structural intervention we will talk through the options available. We understand clients’ reservations about having damp treatment and do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.
Damp proofing isn’t always straight forward. Our team of experts will diagnose the source of the damp and provide you with a report on recommended measures to treat it.

"We are really grateful for Dylan and his team. He gave us a free assessment for our damp proof needs. Last minute, we decided we didn’t want the skirting boards to come off so Dylan came up with another solution to meet our needs. He was always on time, if not early, professional and nice to talk to, all round good guy. No avoidable mess was left when he finished. Answered any questions we had and kept us updated. He also finished the work well ahead of schedule. Hate the hard sell but Dylan didn’t do any of that nonsense, fair and reasonable quote. Would highly recommend and use his services again."

"Dylan gave me a free assessment of my damp problem. I also asked for interior walls & ceilings to be skimmed. He came early each day and gave 100%. He was courteous, answered any questions, discussed any complications and kept me informed. Each day he would clean through. The front wall was hacked off but the remainder of the gable wall and bays were covered in Isotherm. A damp proof course was also injected. He did a thorough clean before leaving on the final day and all the rubbish was removed. He stood by his original quote. I am happy with the service and workmanship of Dylan and his team."
