    "Declan, gave self-help advice over the phone (free of charge) to see if I could resolve the tripping Lutron issue myself. I popped round on the same day with the A-Team and fitted my lighted without causing another trip. Call out fee was a steal. Super knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
