Lorraine - Image 1 "When a tradesperson gets scores of 10 repeatedly on sites such as this, you tend to think there is some kind of con going on - nobody can score perfect tens every time. But Sam deserves even higher. He communicated really well before, during and after the job, responded promptly, arrived on the dot of 8.30 as arranged, was extremely personable, cleaned up well after himself and, above all, did an excellent job. We hope the shower we chose lasts us a long time but if it ever needs changing, we will definitely know who to call."

Rick - Image 1 "Sam took the time to actively listen to what the problem may be before finding out what it actually was and then fixing it. Result, one happy customer! The suspected problem… A small water leak (suspected cause - a leak from a radiator pipe within a stud wall) discover after moving a bookcase. What the root cause was.. The actual source of the leak itself was traced to be coming from a perished seal on pipework connecting a ceramic toilet to it's tank. Approach taken… A logical systematic approach was taken to trace, confirm and then fix the fault."
