    "No hesitation in recommending Dean and Scott. First class work, good advice, honest advice ( I have quite a bit of knowledge in the building trade but now no head for heights or jumping about on scaffolding to do the work myself). Remember that Dean will be giving you in all likely hood options which you must choose with the size of your cash pot ultimately being the biggest decider. Fingers crossed just a few maintenances tile replacements."

    "Dean responded quickly to my initial email enquiry, gave a quote straight away, and agreed to do the work the following day. He told me that the job (mending some guttering and a bargeboard) would take about 15 minutes and he would only charge his normal callout fee. Dean arrived bang on time the next day, did an excellent repair job in the time quoted and for the agreed, very reasonable, fee. He was polite, communicated clearly, and cleared up afterwards, leaving no mess. I would most certainly use Dean again, and highly recommend him. (What a contrast to my previous enquiry to Check-a-Trade for the same job, which resulted in only one response, which was a quote at double Dean's price!)"
