"Dean responded quickly to my initial email enquiry, gave a quote straight away, and agreed to do the work the following day. He told me that the job (mending some guttering and a bargeboard) would take about 15 minutes and he would only charge his normal callout fee. Dean arrived bang on time the next day, did an excellent repair job in the time quoted and for the agreed, very reasonable, fee. He was polite, communicated clearly, and cleared up afterwards, leaving no mess. I would most certainly use Dean again, and highly recommend him. (What a contrast to my previous enquiry to Check-a-Trade for the same job, which resulted in only one response, which was a quote at double Dean's price!)"

They kept us informed throughout the job, reassured us when needed and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Big thanks to Martin, Gilbert, Scott and Dean for doing such a great job on our balcony and flat roof. Dean delivered a fantastic customer service by ensuring we were 100% satisfied.
