    "I asked for a quote, which James came to do. After checking all windows and doors for us he advised that all the windows were fine apart from one which just needed lubrication. He quoted a price for adjusting the front and back doors and offered to do them straight away if convenient. I agreed to the work and James completed it swiftly. I'm more than happy with James' honesty about what didn't need doing as well as his knowledge and standard of work. I would recommend him to friends and family."

    "Contacted James to refresh a Upvc door by replacing hinges, letterbox, handle and lock. Also to change all the old handles on three windows. James came to quote at the time he said he would, and understood exactly what I was after and the end result. The work was carried out, and he went above and beyond and even fixed issues that I hadn’t spotted. Great service and attitude, and a great price. Will definitely be contacting James again when needed, and already recommending to friends."

    "Locking mechanism on sliding patio door seized. We found James through Trust A Trader. Quick response to our initial email and James outlined potential causes and costs. He came the next day and after looking at the job, told us that it was much simpler than anticipated. Done and dusted in a few minutes. Great to find such an honest, thorough and reliable tradesman.
