At Cunningham Property Services we have been providing carpentry and joinery services to customers in Keighley and surrounding areas for over 15 years. As craftsmen with in-depth knowledge of our trade, we use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.
We believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, we conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that we can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows us to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their particular needs and helps us to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for our bespoke carpentry.

"From our first communication we were impressed. Dean replied promptly, arranging a visit to view the potential work. He was punctual, discussed in great detail his ideas of solutions for the job. He then provided a very detailed, clearly laid out estimate: costings, itinerary of timescales etc. He arrived punctually each day, was polite and courteous, communicated well as work progressed, giving ideas and options and showing us what he had done at all stages. We felt very much involved. His attention to detail and pride in his work is obvious- increasingly rare these days. We wish we had met Dean years ago and have no hesitation in recommending him to others for both his very high standards and skills, but also for his likability as a person. We relied on Dean’s previous reviews to find a tradesperson, and they were all glowing. This review, read in conjunction with them, tells you all you need to know. Thank you Dean. Nicolas and Lydia - Image 1 "Very, very happy with Dean's completion of the challenging task of installing a suspended pinewood ceiling immediately beneath an original, unstable lath & plaster ceiling. A really sound piece of work, with the timbers sanded then oiled and edged in beading to look top class. Dean then upgraded the existing woodwork and shelving around the room to give a unified, well-finished appearance. As a grand finale he redecorated the whole room to a truly professional standard. We thoroughly appreciated his readiness to ask for and swap ideas and suggestions at every stage, as well as his punctuality, reliability and tidiness; all part of his ultimate aim to produce an immaculate piece of work. We would highly recommend Dean to anybody!"

Paul Needham - Image 1 "Unlike so many other tradesmen, Dean responded promptly to my initial enquiry. Unlike other tradesmen he then turned up to quote and then to do the work on the days he said he would. I really have no idea if he was expensive as I was so pleased to deal with someone who understood basic customer service that I didn't even get a second quote. The quality of his work was very good and he was neat and tidy. I would use him again."

"Dean was friendly, reliable and tidy. He did a great job of explaining placing 9 internal doors including removing all old doors, fitting handles and locks on 3 of the doors. Dean managed to align the new hinges etc so we have minimal filling to do. Would definitely recommend Dean and any other joinery jobs we have he will be top of our list to call."
