Laura - Image 1 "Michael fixed our rising damp on the walls. He stripped them back to brick and treated and re plastered them to a high finish. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He tidies up very well and always explains what the situation is."

"Michael installed a new bathroom and a new cloakroom. He is always pleasant, accommodating and explains clearly before starting each stage. He works to a very high standard and tidies and cleans thoroughly before leaving each day. We would definitely recommend Michael as would our dog who misses him a lot."

"Michael removed fireplace, remodeled an archway and plastered a room and several areas elsewhere in the house. His workmanship was to a very high, self-imposed, standard, which appeared to be backed by many years of experience. Quotations and invoices were fully itemised and any additional work required was clearly explained and quoted before starting."

"I had a damp problem , a "sagging" window frame , and some brickwork which needed re-pointing. I am a full-time carer , so I could not always be on site when Michael from Cromarty Construction , needed to work . However, Michael was flexible , and adjusted his schedule to suit me . The work was finished to the agreed budget . Michael was very helpful. He explained what he was going to do before each step of the work . I would certainly use the company again."
