"Terry and his colleague Radek were polite, approachable and professional. They knew I was on a tight time frame and got the repairs to the front soffits and gable, the rear sash window and the repainting of the lintels and sills completed within the agreed time. Terry was very easy to communicate with and kept me up to date with what needed doing as the job progressed. I highly recommend CREAM and will be using them again in the future."

"Terry came to fix a badly fitted roof that leaked. Terry always explained everything clearly in advance. Problems were overcome at minimal cost. Went above and beyond and have used again since. Very reasonable price and I have no hesitation recommending."

"I met Terry while he was working on my (attached) neighbour's loft conversion and cheekily asked him " while he was up there" to give my roof the once over to see if it was still in reasonable condition! He did so and said that the main roof was fine but I could potentially have problems with the flat roof as the work seemed quite shoddy. Asked him to give me a quote which he did also recommending that I got another quote or 2 for comparison. I contacted Terry in the new year and asked him to put me in his diary to do the works when the weather improved. I had told him that anytime was convenient as there was easy access to my roof. There was due to be a break in the weather and so with very short notice Terry told me he was turning up to get the roof stripped and made watertight, which he did. They worked through their lunch break and by end of day the flat roof had been replaced, they turned up the next day in the rain to finish off the lead work. The site was left clean & tidy ."

David - Image 1 "Terry and team were excellent throughout. From the beginning Terry talked through the project and gave advice whenever requested. Terry took into account the day to day needs of working in a family house with two small children and structured the works to suit our needs. The work was completed to a high quality. We are really happy and would definitely recommend Terry. We will be using Terry for any future work we do."
