Christina - Image 1 "Amound of £320 pounds for replacing a single treble double glazed door lock. They have forwarded me an invoice of which they claim is related with my job completion of which unfortunately the Amound for the payment forb£320 pounds is very unclear many thanks for your kind attention and consideration."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. The invoice was sent 4 times, but it was not received. I offered for the customer to give me an alternative email address to send it to. This offer was declined. The invoice was sent via text and was received. "Lovely guys, excellent work, they sorted out patio doors that were letting in water. Replaced 2 sealed window units. Fitted broken hinges on another window. Good clean job , nothing was too much trouble. Thank you"
