    "My Hotpoint washer/dryer was not pumping out the water with clothes coming out after being dried completely soaked. Called on Friday at midday and booked an appointment the next day which was a Saturday. Rashid was booked to arrive between 9am and 12pm. He arrived at midday and after a quick inspection told me that a service which would take about 30 minutes was recommended. The bearings of the drum were wearing out but the dryer still had some life left in it. The pump was working. He got underneath it and reomoved some pipework and took it outside. Using a hose he washed it out and removed some coins, washers and fluff. The pipework was put back in and a filter was also taken out and cleaned. The machine was put into dry cycle and checked while spinning. Rashid was polite, informative and very professional. I have his card and would definitely recommend him and the company he works for."

    "Super helpful and courteous gentlemen arrived to fix my washing machine. It was an easy fix but they stayed to make sure a spin would work! Highly recommend."
