"Luke and his team were extremely polite, punctual and willing to go the extra mile to get the job complete. We had a very tight budget which needed to be worked to but Luke engaged with us, offered ways in which we could maximise efficiencies throughout the build, offered better value options that we adopted and managed to deliver a high quality end result. There were instances where unknown problems with the existing building came up and we expected the worst but at each problem we were pleased to see that issues could be overcome and sorted. We were living within the house whilst the extension was being done with 2 small children. it was not easy, but Luke and his team made every effort to accommodate what we needed to maintain normal family life whilst half of the house was being knocked down. All of the team were very good with the children as well, which cannot be an understated benefit. All in all 10/10 service, would recommend them to anyone undertaking minor or major works."

Helen - Image 1 "We wanted to create a garden room to the side of our home, Luke was able to provide us with a beautiful building, accommodating our request, based on the funds we had available. Luke and his team were very friendly, honest and upfront about every stage of the build. We were kept informed of all decisions, in a timely fashion. I am so pleased with the result and would be happy to recommend Conversion Property and Electrical Services in the future."

Aneri - Image 1 "When we first met Luke and Adrian they got our vision! They advised and guided us throughout the whole process. We trusted the team with a lot and we were right to do so. The team are honest, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They give it their all! We are very happy with the end result of an extension and a full house renovation. Luke and his team worked with all sorts of trades we had onsite including a company fitting in an air source heat pump. If I were to do this again, I know I would trust Conversion Property and Electrical Services for the job."

Amanda - Image 1 "Was willing to take on lots of odd jobs, insulating and cladding alley way, new lintel on alley way, new gutting, leading on small house and roof repaired. New fence post and new outside light. Great work, great team, happy to leave them with keys while I went to work. No issues at all would highly recommend"
