"I found Contact Solar via a compare solar website. Mason from Contact phoned me shortly after and was happy to explain the in's and out's of solar. He was very aware at the start of the conversation the fact that my wife and I had signed up for the local council Solar Together scheme. This did not sway him from answering all questions I had regarding having a solar system installed. In fact he went straight on to Google Earth to view our house - his feedback was, we could have 13 panels fitted on the roof, but he noticed the oak tree in our neighbours garden and suggested we have optimisers as some panels were going to be in shade early in the morning. He was kind enough to explain all aspects in a way I understood. I asked for a quote, which once received was very much the same as the so called council bulk buy scheme (not including the optimisers)."

"I used contact solar due to the reasonable price and good reviews, as it was a large purchase I had a reasonable amount of apprehension as I did not know the company. Ultimately I chose them as they did not require any money up front. I need not have worried. The communication was good from the start with each person describing what they would do and what would happen next. The scaffolders were prompt and polite, the installation team were the same. My installation is neat and working efficiently, they even replaced a broken tile on the roof. The hand over was clear and they delivered all the necessary paperwork swiftly. I cannot fault contact solar from start to finish. Thank you."

Dave - Image 1 "The experience I have had with Contact Solar has been excellent. My solar kit has been in place now for over a week and I am very happy with the outcome. I feel I have been looked after by a team of professional hard working, decent people delivering an excellent service from start to finish. Communication from everyone I spoke to at their office was excellent throughout. Phone calls are always answered and you always get an email response to any queries, always being both professional and friendly. The installation itself went just as smoothly. I was kept informed of progress throughout and given clear explanations of the final setup. It was by no means an easy install with 15 optimised PV panels split across 3 separate hip roofs with batteries and much of the equipment and wiring being installed into compact spaces. However, the quality of the workmanship appears to be top notch."
