"I had a new boiler installed. Very happy for the most part. My only niggle was that the kitchen tile grouting was damaged where the old wall mounted control was removed and the new one attached - and because the new one is half the size of the old one it doesn't look good. It was also attached at a wonky angle which annoys me every time I look at it. The kitchen was fairly dirty/dusty where the friendly engineer had been working, but he took away all the rubbish. I have had no problems with the new boiler since it was installed around two months ago."

"Every other quote claimed to have some kind of problem but clever energy just made everything seem simple. British Gas wanted to fit a new hatch/erect scaffolding and charge double the price I paid."
