"I had a leaking gutter repaired. I had it repaired before but it still leaked. He explained the cause of the problem and how he was going to solve it and reassured me every step of the way. He was friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend."

"Charlie was very knowledgeable and attentive to what the job required - new lead flashing, rendering and guttering. He and his team completed the works on time and to the quote given. They cleaned as they went. The works is guaranteed which is great. We would recommend and use again."

"My slate-tiled pitched roof on main house and rear extension needed to be rebuilt due to rotten timbers, a major job. When Charlie came to give his quote, it was obvious that he knows his roofs and takes pride in his work. He clearly explained what he would do and why, and I felt my roof was in safe hands. This belief was borne out when his crew started work, a friendly team who knew what they were doing and worked quickly and smoothly. Any problems encountered were handled transparently and I always felt Charlie was focussed on achieving the best outcome for me. The work was completed within the expected time schedule and they cleaned up nicely after themselves, also applying the finishing touches (like gutter cleaning) without having to be chased. They weren't bargain basement, but for a job well done it was a fair price, and less than many others who may not have performed as well."
