Parking will be charged in addition to labour prices, therefore we advise that you bear in mind restrictions within your borough and that you have permits available.

Materials are charged in addition to labour prices, and any time spent by the Engineer/Plumber picking up materials for the customer is chargeable.

We provide our customers with an electronically produced invoice. Labour and Materials will be clearly shown on the breakdown of the invoice aswell as any additional costs or services.

Payment must be made in full at the completion of the job.
