SIKA-1 TANKING:

Sika-1 is a cementacious tanking system which is applied in three/four coats. This application is convenient on small projects where the internal ground levels are lower than the exterior ground levels. The coats are incorporated with each other, overlapping and leaving a watertight seal because the idea of a tanking system is to hold water in or out.

Our quotes are free to residents of domestic properties in our local area. All other customers will be subject to a Survey Fee dependent on postcode area. This Survey Fee is reimbursable if the work is then contracted with us.
