"Harry came to look at some damp issues that were worrying us. He did some measurements and confirmed fairly quickly that in fact they were old issues that were dried out. He confirmed that no work was needed, other than to clean up some surface mould, and as a precautionary measure, to reduce the height of some earth on the garden side of the wall that is too near to the damp course. We concluded that the interior mould must have been condensation damp from a period where we had left our house unoccupied and unheated for several years whilst working abroad. We are extremely grateful that Harry surveyed our property and has put our worries to rest, so that we now know that we can go ahead and decorate without any problems, and were very pleased and surprised to find that there was no charge for this service."
