We are a family run business, that provide gas and heating requirements to our customers in Chelmsford and surrounding areas. Our services include: domestic and commercial gas Installations breakdowns & servicing, we also offer a commercial catering installation and repair service.

"I engaged Chelmsford Gas Services to replace an old flueless gas fire with a new one. For some reason, it's hard to find gas fitters to install gas fires particularly flueless. There is a degree of unwarranted of negativity in the industry and certain level of dishonesty. CGS would not offer a fixed price but did provide a realistic estimate of the time it would take so that I would know in advance what I might be expected to pay. Communications were good and office staff helpful. The engineer who did the job was polite and friendly and seemed to be very experienced. The job was completed in an hour which made it economical. I am left with a very positive view of this company - and would be happy to engage them again."

"The usual excellent service from Chelmsford Gas Services. A pleasure to meet Bram, who arrived very punctually, a text informing of his arrival time and a link to track his arrival time. Bram was polite, courteous and friendly, getting on with the job (annual boiler service) efficiently and tidily (absolutely no mess). Bram (or any of his colleagues) are welcome back any time."

"Booking the boiler service was quick and easy and Bam the engineer arrived on time. He was very friendly and polite. He had a nice respectful manner. The boiler was serviced and needed no repairs. Everything was tidy and spic and span when he left."
