The key to choosing the right EV Charger is to check the charge rating of your vehicle - as this will govern the maximum charge rate, regardless of the charge-point maximum output. You'll also need to check your incoming supply, and ensure you have the spare capacity to supply your new charge-point. "We recieved a call from the charge-m8 team very quickly and they arranged an install within the expected time frame. I received a text message reminder the day before and again on the morning of the install letting me know a very specific time of arrival. Prompt and professional , the installer advised on every step, giving an accurate install time frame. Was offered options on where to install. Was given full instructions on using the charger and the associated app, along with general advice on if to go for an ev tariff or not. Tidied away all mess. Overall I couldn't be more happy with the service and the charger. Highly recommended."

ian lawson - Image 1 "Fantastic service from the Charge M8 team. From the point of my initial online enquiry, to the remote survey, to the follow up call from Iain their Technical Director to Natalie in sales to Tony arriving today to do the install, it has been absolute beyond 5 stars. Iain gave me a follow up call after my remote survey to run through a few points, offered sound advice. On turning this all in to a confirmed order, Natalie was thorough and very pleasant to deal with, and it has to be said neither Iain or Natalie took on any hard sales pitch. Everything required was reviewed and an install date agreed. Day of fitting, Tony the engineer was booked to arrive 12-2 and would contact with ETA after his previous job, which he did without fail and was on site for 12pm. I will say he was very polite, curious and did a great job, gave plenty of advice and what I needed to do swell in terms of App etc. Overall without question I would 100% recommend these guys at Charge M8. Huge thanks from (Ian L)"

Derek Aspinall - Image 1 "The guys were very prompt and very easy to speak to, explained what we was getting and then asked about the position of each box. Was decided to keep them on one wall. The guys got on with the job with out any hassle. Explained everything in advance. Good clean tidy job done well done to all the team. Highly recommend Charge -M8 to family and friends."
