Marie - Image 1 "The traders work is very good and he worked hard at the start. Disappointingly he became difficult to get hold of and I found out that my boiler had not been installed correctly and it needed another part of make it safe. Although he sorted out the part he suggested that I should pay for it as I agreed the location of it at the start of the project ( I have no plumbing experience and live on my own). It was a really disappointing experience as I thought we had a good customer relationship."
Trader reply: "The Boiler installation was not at all unsafe! The external plumage from the flue was deemed too close to the neighbours party wall so i advised an additional plume management kit was required but the customer declined to bare this cost. We then supplied this and covered the cost. I have done a lot of work for this person and every time they have called me I have returned calls and attended every visit, removing radiators to assist plasterers demands, repairing old leaking valves and taps and frantic emergency calls!! I have also supplied her with a new close coupled toilet gifted at no charge and completed other uncharged works. I did not answer her calls on a couple of occasions as being abroad on my family holiday. I am upset this customer has left an unfair negative review."
