"I live in SE12, and my boiler broke down on one of the coldest weeks in December. I called Centrona Gas, and Rachel was so kind and helpful over the phone, arranging an engineer to visit the very next day. John arrived promptly and diagnosed the fault straight away, explaining everything clearly as he worked. He ordered the necessary part and returned the following day to complete the repair. Throughout the process, he was professional, friendly, and respectful of my home, even laying down sheets to protect the floors. The boiler is running perfectly now, and I’m so grateful for the quick and efficient service. It’s clear that Centrona cares about its customers. From Rachel’s warm communication to John’s expertise, I felt in safe hands throughout. If you’re in SE London and need any boiler or heating work done, this is the team to call!"
