"Had a gas leak scare and called Centrona in a panic. They reassured me over the phone and got an engineer out within the morning!! Everything was checked thoroughly, the issue was fixed, and they carried out additional safety checks to make sure there were no further problems. Can’t thank them enough for the quick response and professionalism."

"We recently had our entire heating system upgraded by Centrona Gas, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the first call to the final installation, everything was handled smoothly. The office team was friendly and got us booked in quickly. The engineers were professional, turned up on time, and worked solidly throughout the day to get everything installed without delay. They made sure to protect our flooring and left the space spotless once they were done. One thing I really appreciated was how they took the time to explain everything. They didn’t just install the new boiler and leave; they made sure we understood how to use it properly, adjusted the settings to be as energy efficient as possible, and even ran us through the maintenance tips to keep it working"

"Outstanding boiler replacement We had a new boiler fitted recently, and I couldn’t be happier. The engineers worked tirelessly to get everything done in one day. Living in SE4, I wasn’t sure which local company to trust, but Centrona really stood out. The team was friendly, professional, and kept disruption to a minimum. A job well done!"
