"I had a leaking tap that had been getting worse over time, so I called Centrona, and they sent an engineer round the same day. He quickly identified the issue and had all the necessary parts to fix it on the spot. The work was done efficiently, and the leak was completely sorted within an hour. He also gave me some great advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. Really impressed with the service fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again!"

"Had a gas leak scare and called Centrona in a panic. They reassured me over the phone and got an engineer out within the morning!! Everything was checked thoroughly, the issue was fixed, and they carried out additional safety checks to make sure there were no further problems. Can’t thank them enough for the quick response and professionalism."

"We recently had our entire heating system upgraded by Centrona Gas, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the first call to the final installation, everything was handled smoothly. The office team was friendly and got us booked in quickly. The engineers were professional, turned up on time, and worked solidly throughout the day to get everything installed without delay. They made sure to protect our flooring and left the space spotless once they were done. One thing I really appreciated was how they took the time to explain everything. They didn’t just install the new boiler and leave; they made sure we understood how to use it properly, adjusted the settings to be as energy efficient as possible, and even ran us through the maintenance tips to keep it working"
