On-demand services; experiencing problems with your boiler or central heating system? Simply pay per visit and gain added peace of mind (we do not charge an hourly rate). We also carry out boiler and central heating servicing, maintenance, consultancy, gas safety certificates, pre-purchase checks and boiler installations/replacement.
Service contracts; starting at just £6.95 per month we'll protect as much or as little of your boiler and central heating system as you like.

"I’ve been using Centrona in for my rental property in Sydenham for my annual gas safety inspection for years. They’re always on time, and their engineers are polite and professional. Recently, I had a small issue with my thermostat, and they sorted it out free of charge during the service. It’s this kind of care that keeps me coming back."

"John from Centrona fixed my heating last week. I thought it was going to be a big issue, but it turned out to be something simple—a stuck motorised valve. He fixed it in no time and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. Honest, professional, and highly recommended."

"I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with your heating engineer Jon. I am covered for plumbing repairs with your maintenance plan and need my toilet repaired yesterday 28th November. Jon was the designated person for the job and I am so glad that he was. He was polite, friendly and reassuring (particularly important as I am having a very gruelling time personally at the moment). He explained that the fault would require a new cistern and liaised with his backend office. He then came back that afternoon, when his other scheduled jobs allowed, and installed the new cistern – a job which he said would take 20-30 minutes which it did. His professionalism meant that not only was the job done but my own stress levels significantly decreased (hooray). At last someone who can be trusted and relied to do a great job! I hope you can say a big thank you from me to Jon and that you know he is an asset to your company."
