Sarah - Image 1 "I'm under hillingdon Council and my wasit pipe kept leaking now this was going back since March 2024 the council was shocking and unable to sort this out. Now ccr came and managed to fix the pipe back on. Now monday 6th May the pipe came off as I was washing water everywhere. Phoned Council out of hours and they couldn't help as it bank hoilday so had to phone Tuesday morning what a nightmare I was having trying to explain what has happened. They even sent a plumber out like before but he was a big guy who couldn't fit behind the toilet to work. So waited for ccr to turn up and Steve had shown up he even found what the problem was it was the copper pipe had corroded so he managed to stop the leak and told me he would be back Wednesday morning to try and fix the problem, he turned up and managed to fix a solution to stop any leaks happening, now I have to wait for Council to come out and fix the stack pipe. I'm not looking forward to this next step. Steve @ ccr a big thank you."

"We had a back filling sink with a blockage in the main stack which Darryl at CCR was able to solve! I couldnt recommend CCR enough - especially Darryl who was polite, understanding, explained everything and didnt leave until he was 100% sure the problem was fixed despite it being a long and troublesome job!"
