"After Caleb and his team carried out some work previously for us in September 24 we had no hesitation in contacting him following storm damage to our garage roof. A lot of rain had got into the garage so Caleb agreed to get work fixed within days. Caleb and the team were quick and efficient in getting things fixed including; Removing all existing felt, replaced all rotten boarding, primed and installed torch-on underlay, installed top coat and replaced all guttering and downpipes. Cracking job carried out within the day, very pleased with work carried out. Top Work !!"

"We engaged CB Property Maintenance tol clear and check our guttering and do some roof repairs, and later to To remove all moss from house roof tiles by hand and apply a fungicide wash. We were very impressed with the work done, in terms of quality, thoroughness, punctuality and friendliness."

"Caleb has done an excellent job. He replaced a gutter stop end, cleaned out all gutters & refitted my gutter brushes. He was punctual, polite & professional - will definitely use him again & recommend him to family & friends. Thank you"
