"Justin couldn’t have been more helpful or efficient with fixing my aunt’s boiler. After contacting him for a quote after receiving what I thought was an expensive price from another company, he said he would have a look the same day. In the end he was able to fix it straight away, and identified that the previous company had quoted for elements of the work that hadn’t needed doing, so was far cheaper too. Thanks so much!"

"We contacted Justin when our hot water stopped working. He attended our house that same day, diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement part for our boiler, and came back the next day to fit the new part. Justin was highly responsive in his communication and his service was speedy and effective. He is a consummate professional."
