"This Trader gave a good first impression: friendly and cheaper than alternatives. We asked them to fill a crack in the render, paint the outside, pebble-dash walls and cap the chimneys. I paid before completion and then struggled for 2 months to get them back to finish the job and clean up. After contacting Trust a Trader, the remaining work has now been resolved and the trader provided a gesture of goodwill."

We were very sorry to hear of your complaint, but unfortunately you had been discussing the issues with an ex-employee who did not work for the company. Had you contacted us directly we would have been able to resolve the issues immediately. I am glad that the issues are now resolved. Kind regards, Capital Roofing & Landscapes."
