PROJECT METHODOLOGY:

• Project Requirements
  This is the most crucial part of any project. We work very closely with you at this stage to understand your requirements, your dreams and budget. In our experience this is the only way to provide an exceptional result.
  
• Project Design
  At this stage we either consult with your preferred architect or ours to create and build a realistic plan to implement your project.
  
• Proposal
  We provide you with a detailed proposal, providing a detailed plan with milestones along with a fixed price quote. Our proposal also specifies exactly what you can expect from us.
  
• Project Build
  The stages of a build vary depending on the complexity of the project. However, using our overall methodology we believe we can keep stress levels to a minimum, meet your expectations, and create a quality result you will be proud of for years to come.
  
• Project Sign Off
  On completion of the project we encourage you to take several weeks to settle into the space before we ask for sign off. This gives a good chance to spot any issues early.
• Project After Care
  Although at this stage the project has been signed off, it is not the end of the story. Over the first few years of the build's life we carry out regular reviews and discussions to ensure everything is as you would expect.
