    "When appraising my job I was certain I would need a new door lock; the Keytek engineer was clear the lock was fine and the problem lay in the key I was using which was slightly worn. He serviced the lock, I cut a new key and all went well afterwards. It would have been quite reasonable for the engineer to accept my view and replace the lock, and he showed a high level of professionalism and integrity in advising a more economic solution."

    "The tradesman (Martin Coulson) arrived promptly at the required time, and immediately ascertained the problem and the best way to fix it. Additionally he ensured that I was made aware of the problem and how he would fix it. He worked diligently and quickly in order to fix my door, with the minimum of fuss and noise. I would recommend him to any of my neighbours and friends."
