"Charlie was fantastic from the off, listening to what I wanted and working to that but also offering advice where it was helpful. The work involved a combination of laminate flooring and carpet and he brought skilled specialists for each, getting the work done to time and to a high level of workmanship. Communication was excellent throughout, I would highly recommend working with him."

Claire - Image 1 "The trader was great in the beginning, very communicative and everything was going well until it got to our stairs and it has just been a nightmare since. Constant excuses of why he was either late or didn't show up, would not let us know when he wouldn't come or when he would come next. We were constantly having to chase him for days to complete the work and then in the end the nosing that was installed looks nothing like the rest of the flooring. We are very upset and would definitely not use his services again as we will now have to get another flooring installer to come and fix the stairs as they still look incomplete."
Trader reply: "When we first started everything went smoothly, communication was very good. Other tradespeople came in to do work after first 4 days. Upstairs bedroom was done with the landings, we went on to complete half the lounge and could not go any further due to other tradespeople working. This set our days back by 2-3 days after re arrange a couple more jobs to get this completed. I did say that the job was priority and will get this complete as nothing we can do due to other tradespeople walking up and down the stairs constantly. When I showed the picture the style of stairs they wanted was the same but the nosing on the stairs could not be the same due to it being solid wood which we explained. I completed it the day I was back and the customer was happy before I left with final finish."
