"Dave came out to check my sealed window unit, which had had started to mist over. He told me that the gas had leaked from unit, rendering it unusable. He gave me a quote for a new unit. It was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes. He kept me informed of progress and we agreed a fitting date and time. He kept in contact throughout and arrived on time to fit the replacement unit. He fitted the unit in a short time and then cleaned the window on both sides. He is very friendly and professional. He made sure there was no mess before he left. A pleasure to give the order to."
