    "On recomendation of a friend, Ross installed my security alarm system in November 1993 and I have it serviced annually. I have only had to call them out once to replace a window contact - NOT BAD GOING IN 31 YEARS !!!! The office staff are always efficient, friendly and polite and without fail I can arrange an appointment to suit myself. If you are a pensioner, like me and want peace of mind I would certainly recommend Ross and his team, always on time and very approachable. I've just had mine serviced again without any problems."
