Boasting over 25 years’ experience in the industry and offering competitive rates, so you can be sure that we have the skill and expertise to help you with your problem or building project.

Specialising in the diagnosis of building defects including damage caused by the movement of foundations through subsidence and heave.

    "Bob was brilliant. I had been losing sleep over our subsidence issue, but Bob put my mind at ease instantly. His professional, calm approach calmed my worries. He even advised on other, unrelated issues, which could have caused us problems in the future. I would highly recommend Bob and the team. Very professional, very experienced and very knowledgeable."

    "Can’t recommend B&S consultants enough! The office team (Natalie) and the surveyor (Bob) were polite, quick, professional, superb value - and gave great advice. We thought we had a major structural problem but Bob calmly explained the issue - and what could be done to put it right. I will definitely use them again and can only think of positive comments to make!"
