    Ash - Image 1 "The roof work completed but no cleanliness, even the plants growing on the chimney were not cleared, even though I was promised that there is guarantee for the work, when I asked them, I felt the other way. I would not recommend them."

    Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. Regarding the job in question, our team completed the roof work with high standards, including repointing and lead flashing both chimneys. Unfortunately, it appears that the clearing and weeding of plants were not adequately addressed. We are actively working to rectify this oversight to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction. If you have any after-sales questions then please do not hesitate to contact us."
