"Craig came to visit us to help with a problem with our heating. Communication to arrange the appointment was clear and thorough, he was very punctual, well presented, courteous and knowledgeable. He reviewed the issue we have and provided a couple of options to for resolution. His approach was methodical and detailed and he explained what he was doing and the cause of the potential issue. We discussed various options to resolve and Craig’s priority was to solve my problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend him and his team."
