    "REMOVAL OF EXISTING LINTELS AND REPLACED FOR SINGLE (350KG) STEEL BEAM &BRICKWORK ALTERATIONS I requested a visit to explain what we were looking to do and the director turned up at the time given and explained the work involved. We received a quotation which fully explained the required scope. Equipment was delivered on the day stated and the team turned up as agreed the following day. The lead on the team fully explained how the works would take place along with how the structure was to be supported during the works process. The job was completed on time and in line with the quotation provided."
